Death Has Come to This Town

Disease has come to this town. Law has come to this town. Chaos has come to this town. Death has come to this town.

• A semi-competitive, three player storytelling game designed to be played over three sessions, inspired by Pathologic and Polaris, among other things. 
• A virulent disease has arrived in town. Each player will portray one Protagonist: the bookish Scholar, the controlling Agent, and the ambitious Firebrand. They shall do their best to contain the spreading ruin in the town and further their agendas.
• Each player will also portray one of the Powers That Be: The Disease, The Municipality, or The Fringes. Over time, they manifest into more destructive versions of themselves: The Outbreak, The Occupation, and The Uprising. They shall release problems, threats, and catastrophes unto the town.
  
• Players will initiate scenes to best address the town's problems and press their Protagonist's agenda. Only one Protagonist can remain standing in the end, however, and their success is never certain. The only certain thing is that death has come to this town.
